Become credentialed through Axuall based on National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare (JCAOH) standards
Complete an e-background check through Asuriant
Participate in a clinical fit interview with a member of Hyr’s clinical advisory board
Respond to disclosure questions
